Integral Depth Consultation
Integral Depth Consultation is a holistic, depth-oriented approach to therapy that integrates somatic therapy (Somatic Experiencing), hypnotherapy, Gestalt therapy, and Parts Work. This work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by engaging the body, emotions, and subconscious processes as essential pathways for healing and transformation.
Rather than focusing solely on thoughts and verbal processing, we explore how unresolved experiences are held within the body and nervous system. These experiences often emerge through physical sensations, emotional patterns, inner imagery, or relational dynamics that may not yet be fully understood.
Within a safe, attuned, and supportive space, we gently access and process these layers of experience. As they are met with care and awareness, they begin to shift, integrate, and transform.
Over time, this process supports deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation. As protective patterns soften, many people begin to reconnect with a more authentic sense of self—one that is less shaped by survival strategies and more aligned with inner truth. This often leads to greater freedom, resilience, and a more meaningful way of living.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a body oriented trauma therapy that focuses on the nervous system and physiological responses to stress and trauma. It is based on the understanding that trauma is not only a psychological experience, but also a physical one—stored in patterns of tension, activation, or shutdown within the body.
Through guided awareness of bodily sensations, we work with the nervous system to gradually release accumulated stress and incomplete survival responses. This process is slow, gentle, and highly regulated, allowing the body to restore a sense of safety without becoming overwhelmed. In some cases, Somatic Experiencing is integrated with hypnotherapy to access deeper layers of emotional memory and subconscious material. This combination allows for a more comprehensive approach to trauma healing — bridging body awareness with inner psychological processes.
As the nervous system becomes more regulated, individuals often experience increased stability, emotional flexibility, and a greater sense of presence. Patterns that once felt automatic or limiting begin to shift, making space for new ways of responding, relating, and living.

Somatic Hypnotherapy
Somatic Hypnotherapy is an integrative approach that combines deep relaxation, body awareness, and subconscious exploration. It helps uncover how past experiences, emotional patterns, and core beliefs are stored beneath conscious awareness — and how they continue to influence present-day life.
Through a guided process, the mind enters a relaxed yet aware state, allowing access to deeper layers of the subconscious. In this state, inner experiences may arise through imagery, emotions, bodily sensations, or symbolic representations. This is not about losing control, but rather about developing a deeper connection with one’s inner world. With the support of a safe and structured process, previously hidden or unconscious material can be explored, aligned, and integrated.
By working at the level of both the body and the subconscious, Somatic Hypnotherapy supports lasting transformation. Clients often experience greater clarity, emotional coherence, and a stronger connection to their authentic self, along with increased flexibility in how they respond to life.

Family and Couples Therapy
Family and Couples Therapy focuses on understanding and transforming relational patterns within intimate and family systems. Rather than viewing conflict as a problem to eliminate, this work explores how emotional dynamics, communication patterns, and attachment experiences shape the way we relate to one another.
In intimate relationships, many reactions are not only about the present moment, but are often influenced by past experiences, unmet needs, and deeply ingrained emotional responses. These patterns may show up as recurring conflict, withdrawal, difficulty communicating, or a sense of disconnection.
Through a structured yet flexible process, we work together to slow down these interactions and bring awareness to what is happening beneath the surface. This includes recognizing emotional triggers, understanding each person’s inner experience, and identifying the underlying needs that may not yet have been expressed or understood. This approach integrates elements of somatic awareness, emotional processing, and relational inquiry. By working not only through conversation but also through felt experience, couples and families can begin to shift from reactive patterns toward more conscious and responsive ways of relating.
As the process unfolds, communication often becomes clearer and more grounded. Individuals develop a greater capacity to listen, express, and stay present with one another. Over time, this supports the rebuilding of trust, emotional safety, and a deeper sense of connection — allowing relationships to feel more stable, authentic, and mutually supportive.

Workshops and Courses
SOMA FLOW workshops and courses provide a supportive space for personal transformation, emotional healing, and embodied self-exploration. The work integrates somatic practices, breathwork, subconscious exploration, and expressive arts. Participants are guided through processes that may include emotional release, trauma-informed healing practices, forgiveness work, belief transformation, and creative expression. Breath and body-based techniques are used to support nervous system regulation and deepen present-moment awareness. At the same time, attention is given to internal language and belief patterns, allowing insights to extend beyond the workshop and into everyday life.
Through the integration of body awareness, emotional processing, and creative exploration, participants are supported in releasing old patterns and reconnecting with their inner experience. Over time, this can lead to a more grounded sense of self, greater emotional capacity, and a way of living that feels more aligned, authentic, and sustainable.
